Chat

Chat, i.e. a real time transcript of the user-agent interaction on the computer screen of the user, helps the user to keep track of the interaction especially when new terms or longer questions arise during a consulting session.

There is output-only and "clickable" chat, where clicks to sensitive parts of the output are again interpreted as input to the DialogEngines consulting agent.
